1、作品均提交電子稿，文件規(guī)格為：JPG，CMYK色彩模式，圖片精度不低于300dpi，尺寸為A3幅面，可提交不超過3件或3組作品。

2、作品請于2023年06月28日24點(diǎn)前發(fā)送至指定郵箱：[email protected],稿件請以壓縮包形式發(fā)送，郵件名統(tǒng)一為：“醴陵城市品牌宣傳平面海報(bào)征集+姓名+作品名+城市+聯(lián)系方式”。

3、參賽作品必須為原創(chuàng)，嚴(yán)禁抄襲，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)為抄襲或者已經(jīng)發(fā)表的作品將取消參賽資格。

(1) All works must be electronic ones: JPG, CMYK colored mode, more than 300 dpi in precision, A3 in size. Each author may submit no more than three works or sets.

(2) All works must be zipped and submitted to?[email protected]?before 12 pm, June 28, 2023. The email title should be in the uniform format: “Best Posters of Liling City + Full Name + Work Title + City of Residence + Contact”.

(3) All works must be original. No plagiarism is acceptable.

1、本公告所提及的所有具體時(shí)間均為北京時(shí)間。

2、本次征集活動(dòng)不收取任何費(fèi)用。

3、所征作品如涉及著作權(quán)、版權(quán)糾紛等法律問題，由作者本人負(fù)責(zé)。所有應(yīng)征作品不得侵犯他人知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，將取消資格，如已發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)金即原額追回。由此引發(fā)的糾紛，其法律和民事責(zé)任均由應(yīng)征者承擔(dān)。

4、應(yīng)征作品一經(jīng)投稿并經(jīng)評選入圍，則視為應(yīng)征者同意主辦方擁有對參征作品的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)(包括著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán))，主辦方有權(quán)對作品進(jìn)行修改、發(fā)表，有權(quán)要求應(yīng)征者被采用的作品按照主辦方的要求修改完善，主辦方有權(quán)在全球范圍內(nèi)各類宣傳展覽活動(dòng)中推廣、宣傳、公開展覽和出版發(fā)行等。

5、凡投稿者，均視為同意并遵守以上各條規(guī)定。

6、應(yīng)征人可通過紅網(wǎng)、晨視頻、瀟湘晨報(bào)官方微博、株洲發(fā)布、醴陵發(fā)布、古田路9號、最設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)賽、湖南平面設(shè)計(jì)師聯(lián)盟、湖南省設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)、湖南師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院等渠道獲取本次征集活動(dòng)的相關(guān)信息和動(dòng)態(tài)。

7、本活動(dòng)最終解釋權(quán)歸主辦方所有。

(1) All times included in this announcement are Beijing times.

(2) Work submission is completely free of charge.

(3) The author is responsible in civil and legal terms if the work is involved in authorship, copyright or any other legal problem. In such a case, the work will be rejected, and the possible prize will be taken back.

(4) Once the work is submitted and shortlisted, we take it for granted that the author agrees for the host to own the intellectual property right of the work (including the copyright and the trademark right). The host is entitled to modify and publish the work, to tell the author to refine the work according to the host’s requirements, and to publicize, exhibit and publish the work globally.

(5) We take it for granted that the author agrees to all the above rules.

(6) The author may learn about the procedures through the following media: RedNet, Morning Video, Xiaoxiang Morning Post, Zhuzhou News, Liling News, Gutian Rd. 9, Ad518, Design Competition, Hunan Designer League, Hunan Designing Artists Association, and Fine Arts Academy of Hunan Normal University.

(7) The host of the activity reserves the final interpreting right.
